| GCP Development GCP is in constant development. Updates may come out at the rate of one per week. The programmers are in constant touch with users through the General Cadd Forum. User input influence the development and bug fixes are executed with little delay. Upgrades are published on and downloaded from the General Cadd Download Site . Pre Purchase Next Version General Cadd Products offer a deal, Pre Purchase, in which you sign up for a next upgrade at a reduced price. When this deal is renewed for each full version release, you will always be running the latest update of GCP. You will be continuosly picking up new commands and enhancements and avoid the learning curve involved in normal version upgrading. Always up to date. For this you pay about half the regular upgrade price. Over the release time of a few versions you will save on upgrades at the same time as you support the development of GCP. Note that the Pre Purchase License may only be purchased together with the original purchase of the software - Or - together with an upgrade to a new version. GCP including Pre Purchase Option You purchase a GCP software license and sign up for the Pre Purchase Agreement. The security device allows you to run the current version in full mode. When the next version is released you will receive an EXE file to upgrade your security device. This will allow you to run the next version during its development including all updates. You may then sign up for new Pre Purchase Agreement for the next version after that. See Order Page for current pricing. |

GCP Upgrade Option You purchase the software license. The security device allows you to run the current version in full mode including all updates to that version. To obtain the next full version when released you pay a full Upgrade Price. You may together with the Upgrade purchase a Pre Purchase Agreement, with which you would upgrade next time as described above . See the Upgrade Order Page.for current pricing. |

| GCP Multi-License Discounts Discounts apply as per below rules for the purchase of up to 10 GCP software licences. Discounts are also applied for the signing up of up to 10 Pre Purchase Agreements. Note : These discounts are included in the calculations of cost totals on the Order Page. GCP Software The discount on the software price is 5% for licenses 2-5. The discount is 10% for licenses 6-10 Pre Purchase Agreements One Pre Purchase Agreement is good for two licences of the software. The discount is 25% on agreements 3-5. The discount is 50% on agreements 6-10. Site Licenses For more than 10 licences you may contact General Cadd Products to negotiate a site license. |

| Refund General Cadd Products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee. A customer will be refunded his purchase price on return of the Security Device should he/she decide within 30 days, for any reason, that he/she does not want the product. |
